BINDING WIRE
(See Fig.II) Easiest way of assembling gabion structures. Binding Wire are of same quality of mesh wire. I.e. They strictly meet the requirements of BS1052/80 and ASTM A641-97 for tensile strength, BS443/82, DIN1548, EN10244-2 Class A for galvanization rate and exceeds the requirements of ASTM A641-97. Supplied in 25 to 50kg coils. Standard quotations include binding wire, unless otherwise clearly stated in requests. The Binding Wire can be supplied as “Heavily Galvanized”, “PVC Coated” and ZincAl in coils.
C-RINGS
(See Fig.III) The C-Rings are made of high tensile strength “ZincAl” coated steel wire or Stainless Steel Wire. Stainless Steel C-Rings are used for PVC coated gabion Structures. The C-Rings are supplied in boxes of requested quantities
PNEUMATIC C-RINGER
(See Fig.IV) Pneumatic C-Ringer is used to join and to install gabion structures and rockfall netting with high tensile rings on worksite.
